- (a) Classroom activities, driving observation and behind-the-wheel instruction shall meet or exceed the New Hampshire driver education risk prevention curriculum guide, version 1.3 (rev. 6/10/10), available as described in Appendix B.
- (b) Written lesson plans for classroom activities, driving observation and behind-the-wheel instruction shall be available for examination by the departments to verify compliance with this section.
- (c) All driving schools shall maintain written lesson plans in accordance with the requirements of Saf-C 3114.
