- (a) No driving lessons shall exceed one clock hour per student per day.
- (b) Notwithstanding (a) above, if a student has completed the first 6 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction, 2-clock hour lessons shall be permitted for hours 7-10.
- (c) No student shall complete his or her behind-the-wheel instruction in less than 5 weeks.
- (d) No student shall complete as many as 3 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction in any one week more than one time.
- (e) Driving time shall not include time spent driving to pick up the student. Behind-the-wheel instruction shall be based upon routes developed for the instruction to be conducted. All approved drivers’ schools shall maintain records pertaining to the developed routes in accordance with the requirements of Saf-C 3114.
- (f) This section shall not apply to approved CDL drivers’ schools pursuant to Saf-C 3117.
