(a) All approved drivers’ schools shall have written policies addressing the following areas:
- (1) Expectations for successful completion of the program;
- (2) Assessment criteria;
- (3) The level of involvement parents are expected to have with the program;
- (4) Classroom expectations;
- (5) Circumstances that would result in removal from the program;
- (6) All costs associated with the program; and
- (7) What constitutes good cause that would justify an absence for the purposes of Saf-C 3110.04(e), including but not limited to an injury or death in the family.
- (b) The student’s parent or legal guardian shall sign a copy of each policy pursuant to (a) above.
- (c) A copy of the signed policy pursuant to (b) above shall be given to the student.
- (d) All approved drivers’ schools shall maintain signed written policies in accordance with the requirements of Saf-C 3114.
