Multiple Vehicle Driving Range

(a) Multiple vehicle driving ranges shall:
- (1) Be designed to simulate driving conditions on local streets and to provide space for driving drills;
- (2) Be supplied with at least 2 vehicles;
- (3) Be equipped with a mode of communication between instructors and operators of the range; and
- (4) Not be operated with more than 2 students in each vehicle.
- (b) The department of safety shall inspect each multiple vehicle driving range to ensure compliance with these rules.
- (c) Student driving time on multiple vehicle driving ranges shall not be counted toward the 10 hours of behind the wheel instruction required by Saf-C 3114.05(a)(1).
