- (a) Each approved drivers’ school whose license is sought to be suspended or revoked pursuant to these rules or for a violation of RSA 263:51 shall be afforded notice and the opportunity for an administrative hearing at the bureau of hearings at the department of safety.
- (b) All administrative hearings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Saf-C 200.
