- (a) For the purposes of this rule, “records” shall include documents, forms, reports and licenses.
- (b) Prior to the suspension, revocation or closing of an approved drivers’ school, all records shall be returned to the department of safety.
- (c) Failure to comply with (b) above shall result in the refusal to issue an approved drivers’ school license if the school subsequently submits a new application pursuant to Saf-C 3108.02.
