- (a) Persons in charge of an approved drivers’ school shall have at least 65 hours prior supervised driver education experience in actively instructing driver education, as provided in Saf-C 3105.02(b).
- (b) Persons in charge of an approved drivers’ school shall have at least one calendar year of prior supervised driver education experience in a New Hampshire approved drivers’ school.
- (c) A driver education provisional certificate holder shall not own, operate, or manage an approved drivers’ school.
- (d) Operators and persons in charge of an approved drivers’ school shall submit documentation of a minimum of 2 full classroom programs to the department.
