- (a) Prior to changing the name or address of an approved drivers’ school, the owner shall notify the department of safety.
- (b) A change of classroom location shall require an inspection pursuant to Saf-C 3109.02(b). A school shall not operate at the new location until it has received approval from the department of safety.
