Obtaining a Hardship Registration After Registration Plates Have Been Returned to the Department

(a) Any person who qualifies for a hardship registration and requests it after the person’s registration plates have been returned to the department shall:
- (1) Comply with the requirements set forth in Saf-C 3003.03; and
- (2) Pay the appropriate registration plate fee.
