Restoration of Registration Privileges

(a) Each hardship registration shall be converted to a regular registration in the event the vehicle owner submits the following to the registration section of the department:
- (1) A letter from the director of motor vehicles demonstrating that the person's driver license and privilege to register any motor vehicle has been restored;
- (2) A receipt indicating that all restoration fees have been paid; and
- (3) The hardship registration certificate.
