Renewal of A Hardship Registration

- (a) Each hardship registration shall be renewed by the vehicle owner during his or her birth month.
- (b) Prior to renewing a hardship registration, the vehicle owner shall obtain the registration renewal from his or her town or city clerk, upon payment of the appropriate fees.
- (c) Each hardship registration shall be renewed by mailing the information, or by appearing in person at the registration section of the department.
- (d) The requirements set forth in Saf-C 3003.03 shall be followed for registration renewal.
