N.H. Code Admin. R. Saf-C 311.01 – Special Fuel Dyeing Requirements – General

(a) Special fuel shall satisfy the dyeing requirements if it:
1. (1) Contains only the dye Solvent 164 at a concentration spectrally equivalent to at least 3.9 pounds of the solid dye standard Solvent Red 26 per thousand barrels of fuel or any dye of a type and in a concentration that has been approved by the commissioner; and
2. (2) Is indelibly dyed by mechanical injection.
