Pursuant to the authority granted to the commissioner in RSA 422:34 and for the purpose of determining the amount of road tolls payable, each distributor selling motor fuel or jet fuel that is used in aircraft, shall complete and submit reports on form MFD 1-S/AF, as revised 07/2018. The report shall contain the total number of gallons of motor fuel or other fuel sold and used in the aircraft.
