“Alternative fuel dealer” means “alternative fuel dealer” as defined in RSA 259:3-e. Any person who meets the criteria in RSA 259:3-e is an “alternative fuel dealer,” regardless of the ownership of the vehicles into which alternative fuels are dispensed.
