“Drug Monitoring Initiative (DMI)” means the monthly unclassified publication from the New Hampshire Information and Analysis Center (IAC) reporting on the data trends of narcotics and available at http://www.dhhs.nh.gov/dcbcs/bdas/data.htm or by signing up for distribution through the IAC.
