Out-of-State Drivers

(a) Pursuant to RSA 265-A:30, V, all provisions of this chapter shall apply to out-of-state drivers except:
1. (1) The out-of-state driver license shall not be confiscated; and
2. (2) A temporary driving permit shall not be issued.
