- (a) Upon receipt of a complaint or information that alleges a licensee is misusing a license to market or sell display, consumer or permissible fireworks, the commissioner shall review the complaint to determine whether the licensee has acted contrary to statutes or administrative rules.
- (b) After an investigation, if the commissioner determines that a basis for administrative action exists, the bureau of hearings shall schedule a hearing and issue a notice thereof, in accordance with its rules Saf-C 200.
