Each applicant for a local permit to sell display and consumer fireworks shall submit the following, along with the permit application set forth in Saf-C 2605.02:

1. (a) The permit fee established by the municipality, if any; and
2. (b) A copy of a valid permit for the sale of fireworks issued pursuant to title 18 of the United States Code.
