Issuance and Maintenance of Decals

- (a) Each vessel agent shall maintain an inventory list of decal numbers.
- (b) Upon receipt of decals from the department, each vessel agent shall reflect such receipt in their inventory list of decal numbers.
- (c) Each vessel agent shall issue decals in the numerical sequence in which they are received from the department with the lowest numbered decal being issued first.
