(a) In addition to the fees set forth in Saf-C 2302.04, each vessel agent may charge the following fees:
- (1) Pursuant to RSA 270-E:5, II, $5.00 per registration decal;
- (2) Pursuant to RSA 72-A:4, III, $1 per boat; and
- (3) Pursuant to RSA 270-E:5-a, II(e), $3.00 per boat fee decal.
