Decals; When Required

- (a) All vessels registered pursuant to Saf-C 2302.01 shall display both a registration decal and a boat fee decal.
- (b) All vessels which are exempt from registration fees pursuant to RSA 270-E:6 shall display both a registration decal and a boat fee decal.
- (c) Pursuant to RSA 270-E:9, II, vessels which are exempt from displaying a vessel number, but which are otherwise required to be registered pursuant to RSA 270-E:3, shall display both a registration decal and a boat fee decal.
