Non-Issuance of Vessel Registration Certificate

A vessel registration certificate shall not be issued if:
(a) The vessel registration application pursuant to Saf-C 2302.03 contains a false or fraudulent
statement;
- (b) Any fees pursuant to Saf-C 2302.04 are not paid;
- (c) The owner involuntarily loses interest in the vessel as a result of legal process; or
- (d) The registration has expired pursuant to RSA 270-E:3.
