1. (a) Pursuant to RSA 270-E:5, each applicant shall pay the appropriate registration fees along with the registration application set forth in Saf-C 2302.03.
2. (b) Pursuant to RSA 72-A:3 and RSA 72-A:4, each applicant shall pay the appropriate boat fee either prior to or at the time of registration.
3. (c) Pursuant to RSA 270-E:6, vessels which are exempt from fees shall be registered in accordance with the provisions of Saf-C 2302.03.
4. (d) Pursuant to RSA 72-A:4, for boats required to display a boat fee decal, the boat fee pursuant to RSA 72-A:2 may be paid separately, or together with the vessel registration.
5. (e) All fees, except those pertaining to a commercial vessel registration, shall be paid at one of the locations set forth in Saf-C 2302.02(a).
6. (f) All fees pertaining to a commercial vessel registration shall be paid at the division of motor vehicles, as set forth in Saf-C 2302.02(a)(1).
