- (a) Applicants for renewal of licenses for private investigator, security guard, bail recovery agent, or a combination shall complete and submit the applicable license renewal application.
- (b) Pursuant to RSA 106-F:8, all applications for renewal shall be submitted at least 15 days before the expiration of the previously granted license.
