N.H. Code Admin. R. Saf-C 201.01

Purpose

(a) The purpose of these rules is to set forth:
1. (1) The practice and procedures for the administrative hearings conducted by the commissioner;
2. (2) The motor vehicle accident reporting requirements;
3. (3) The handling of protested checks;
4. (4) A uniform point system for identifying frequent violators of traffic laws;
5. (5) The approval process for driver improvement courses; and
6. (6) The approval process for driver attitude courses.
