- (a) Each driver who has been issued a commercial driver license endorsement shall have such endorsement suspended for good cause.
(b) For the purposes of (a) above, “good cause” shall include:
- (1) A determination that the driver does not possess the skills necessary to drive a commercial motor vehicle with a particular endorsement, based upon the involvement of the driver in a motor vehicle accident;
- (2) A determination that the driver does not possess the skills necessary to drive a commercial motor vehicle with a particular endorsement, based upon traffic violations committed by the driver; or
- (3) A determination that the driver has committed any of the listed offenses in Saf-C 1809.02(a) while operating a non-commercial vehicle.
