- (a) Prior to the suspension of a commercial driver license or endorsement(s), or the disqualification of a person from driving a commercial motor vehicle, a person shall be given notice and the opportunity for an administrative hearing.
- (b) Notwithstanding (a) above, if the director disqualifies or suspends any person from driving a commercial motor vehicle pursuant to RSA 263:94 or any rules adopted pursuant to that statute, such person may make written application for a hearing and the department shall grant a hearing within 15 days after the filing of their application.
- (c) All hearings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Saf-C 200.
