- (a) The passing grade for each knowledge examination shall be 80 percent.
- (b) Each applicant discovered cheating, copying, or consulting with any person other than authorized licensing personnel, shall be immediately disqualified and re-scheduled for an examination no sooner than 30 days later. Each disqualified applicant shall not be required to repay any fees.
- (c) Each applicant for an original commercial driver license shall pass the knowledge examination prior to taking the road skills examination.
- (d) Knowledge examinations shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of issue of the individual’s first commercial driver learner permit.
