If storage is required, to comply with section Saf-C 1628.03, storage shall be in an interchange lot as prescribed in chapters 2 and 3 of the National Fire Protection Association standard number 498, Standard for Safe Havens and Interchange Lots for Vehicles Transporting Explosives, 2001 edition available as noted in Appendix I, or in a place that will provide equivalent safety to the public.
