- (a) Explosive materials shall be kept in magazines which meet the requirements of this part.
- (b) No outdoor facility for the storage of explosive materials shall be less than one cubic yard in size, except that Type 3 magazines for temporary daytime storage, may be less than one cubic yard in size.
