Application Procedures

(a) Any person who wishes to apply for a certificate of competency shall:
1. (1) Appear in person at the department, room 106, during business hours;
2. (2) Supply proof of identification such as:
  1. a. A valid driver's license; or
  2. b. A birth certificate.
3. (3) Complete the application form, DSSP 84, “Application for Certificate of Competency for the Use of Explosives”, effective May 2013; and
4. (4) Make payment of the fee as specified in RSA 158:9-c.
