All persons operating or otherwise using a challenge course or zip line shall conduct themselves in a manner which will not endanger:

1. (a) Any other person operating, riding on, or otherwise using said challenge course or zip line, or any other challenge course or zip line;
2. (b) Themselves;
3. (c) Any employee of the owner or operator of the challenge course or zip line; or
4. (d) The challenge course or zip line.
