1. (a) Each operator shall:

   1. (1) Except as otherwise required by Saf-C 1402.01(c), construct, install, maintain, and operate each challenge course or zip line in accordance with the standards set forth in the 16th edition of the ANSI/ACCT Challenge Courses and Canopy/Zip Line Tours Standards (2016), available as noted in Appendix B;
   2. (2) Ensure that each challenge course or zip line is inspected, at least once each year, by a qualified person, as defined in the 16th edition of the ANSI/ACCT Challenge Courses and Canopy/Zip Line Tours Standards (2016), available as noted in Appendix B, and found to be in safe condition;
   3. (3) Train employees for each challenge course or zip line in accordance with the 16th edition of the ANSI/ACCT Challenge Courses and Canopy/Zip Line Tours Standards (2016), available as noted in Appendix B;
   4. (4) Procure and maintain insurance pursuant to RSA 321-A:5 and Saf-C 1405.06;
   5. (5) Retain all records pertaining to inspections and maintenance for a period of 2 years in accordance with RSA 321-A:2-a, I(a)(4); and
   6. (6) Comply with the accident procedures set forth in Saf-C 1405.04.
