- (a) A site log shall be maintained by the jump master.
(b) The site log shall contain all of the following information:
- (1) Date;
- (2) Weather conditions;
- (3) Results of equipment inspections;
- (4) Total number of jumps;
- (5) Name, address, and age of all jumpers;
- (6) Name of jump master and jump operator on duty;
- (7) Accidents or injuries;
- (8) Label numbers of each piece of equipment used; and
- (9) All information required for equipment inspection, pursuant to Saf-C 1410.09(a).
- (c) The site log shall be at the jump site during the hours of operation.
- (d) The site log shall be available for inspection by the commissioner or his designee during the hours of operation.
