- (a) The structure for bungee jumping shall be a tower which is permanently located on a site and has a permanent platform.
(b) Structures shall not include:
- (1) Cranes;
- (2) Lifts;
- (3) Bridges;
- (4) Billboards;
- (5) Radio towers; or
- (6) Any other structure not permanently located.
