1. (a) The issuance of a registration decal shall allow any authorized agent of the commissioner free access to the carnival or amusement rides to which the decal is issued, as well as to the grounds upon which the carnival or amusement ride is located, when the agent is performing the duties relating to the carnival or amusement ride.
2. (b) In order to keep the commissioner informed regarding the operation of relocatable carnival or amusement rides, the owner or operator of such carnival or amusement rides shall submit, with the required registration materials, a tentative itinerary providing dates and locations of expected operation in the state of New Hampshire. Throughout the operating season, this itinerary shall be updated through submission of notices as to additional operating periods or locations as soon as practicable but prior to operation.
