1. (a) All repairs of carnival or amusement rides, except as set forth in (b) below, shall be made and completed in a manner that follows the manufacturer’s specifications. The owner or operator shall be responsible for proper completion of repairs.
2. (b) All repairs of challenge courses or zip lines shall conform to the standards set forth in the 16th edition of the ANSI/ACCT Challenge Courses and Canopy/Zip Line Tours Standards (2016), available as noted in Appendix B.

3. (c) The requirement in (a) above shall pertain to all aspects of each carnival or amusement ride including but not limited to, all of the following:

   1. (1) Structure;
   2. (2) Controls;
   3. (3) Power supplies;
   4. (4) Power conversion;
   5. (5) Governors;
   6. (6) Speed limiters;
   7. (7) Signal systems;
   8. (8) Restraining devices;
   9. (9) Braking;
   10. (10) Anti-roll-back devices; and
   11. (11) Supporting structures.
