All moving parts in all carnival or amusement rides shall be lubricated by manufacturer's recommendation or, in the absence of manufacturer's recommendations, shall be lubricated to industry standards, as set forth in the 8th edition of the ASTM Standards on Amusement Rides and Devices, further described in Appendix B.
