- (a) The responsibility for the safe installation of a carnival or amusement ride shall rest with the owner or operator.
- (b) The owner or operator shall provide safety devices, a safe work environment and safety equipment which meet all state and federal regulations including but not limited to hard hats, body harnesses, and appropriately designed and installed electrical equipment.
