- (a) This section shall not apply to any school bus that has previously been granted a waiver for the use of reflective markings by the commissioner, as a result of a pilot program.
- (b) Reflective markings may be used on a school bus as long as the markings meet the requirements set forth in the “National School Transportation Specifications & Procedures”, 2015 edition, available as provided in Appendix B.
