- (a) All seats shall be as manufactured and shall not be modified or altered, except as necessary to meet the provisions of these rules.
- (b) All seats shall be covered with a padding material and upholstered. The upholstery and seat frame shall be in good repair.
- (c) All seats shall be securely fastened with bolts or rivets to any portion of the vehicle which support them.
