Bodily Fluid Spill Kit

- (a) Each multipurpose passenger vehicle shall be equipped with a detachable bodily fluid spill kit, which shall not have sharp protrusions and which shall be securely mounted in an accessible location.
(b) Each bodily fluid spill shall, at a minimum, include the following:
- (1) Gloves made of latex, rubber, plastic, or its equivalent;
- (2) A disinfectant, such as bleach;
- (3) Leakproof bags; and
- (4) Paper towels.
