Each type A, B, C, or D school bus shall be equipped with one pair of 4" X 4" x 8" or equivalent safety chock blocks. The chock blocks shall be secured in an easily accessible location of the school bus. In the event a school bus is parked on a grade sufficient to cause the bus to move

on its own momentum, or in the event the driver leaves the bus, the safety chock blocks shall be securely placed around the rear wheels of the school bus to prevent movement.
