During an inspection pursuant to RSA 266:7, any school bus that is found to be unsafe or unfit for the transportation of pupils shall not be used until the required repairs have been made by the carrier or their agent and noted on the vehicle condition report, form DSMV 650, “School Bus Inspection Report,” (rev. 06/24).
