Each approved school bus exceeding 10,000 pounds shall be inspected semi-annually at an official inspection station, pursuant to RSA 266:1, IX and Saf-C 3200. Each school bus subject to the federal motor carrier safety regulations shall also be inspected and maintained in accordance with 49 CFR parts 391 and 393. Each approved school bus weighing 10,000 pounds or less shall be inspected once annually at an official inspection station, pursuant to RSA 266:1 and Saf-C 3200.
