Exemption From School Bus Driver's Certificate

- (a) Each person who transports their own children in a private passenger vehicle to or from school or a school related activity shall not be required to obtain a school bus driver's certificate pursuant to RSA 263:29 and these rules.
- (b) Each person who transports other children in a private passenger vehicle to or from school or a school related activity shall not be required to obtain a school bus driver's certificate pursuant to RSA 263:29 and these rules, as long as they are not under contract or reimbursement agreement with a municipality.
