Reporting an Emergency Evacuation or Drill

- (a) The designee of a school district shall require at least 2 emergency evacuation drills each school year and report such drills to the division no later than October 15th and May 15th.
- (b) In addition to the requirements of (a) above, the designee of a school district shall report any emergency evacuation to the division within one business day after the evacuation.
