Reporting a Positive Test Result

- (a) School districts and school bus companies shall report a positive test result on any alcohol or drug test to the division within one business day of receiving the results.
- (b) A school bus driver who receives a positive test result on any alcohol or drug test shall have their school bus driver's certificate suspended, pending an administrative hearing.
