(a) A certificate shall be suspended, after a hearing, if the certificate holder:
- (1) Fails to maintain the qualifications set forth in Saf-C 1204 and Saf-C 1208;
- (2) Allows the required insurance to lapse, pursuant to Saf-C 1203.01(e); or
- (3) Violates any provisions of this chapter.
- (b) The period of suspension shall not exceed 60 days.
