(a) A certificate shall be revoked, after a hearing, if the certificate holder has:
- (1) Given materially false information or made any material misrepresentation in order to obtain a certificate;
- (2) Not paid any applicable fee pursuant to this chapter; or
- (3) Not come into compliance after a suspension, pursuant to Saf-C 1207.02.
- (b) Upon a revocation, after 120 days has elapsed, the holder of the revoked certificate may apply for a new certificate.
